RETURN POLICY

- You can return the product(s) within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the date you received the parcel and as long as the products are in their original condition.

- The steps of returning your parcel are the following:

a) In case of returning and replacing the product(s):

Either call +30 XXXXXXXXX, from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or send an email to support@thiros-bags.gr with the subject "Product return and replacement", in order to be informed about the next steps of the return *.

b) In case of returning the product(s) and getting refund:

- All payments that have been done using card or PayPal get refunded automatically to the customer's account, while the amount appears in 2, 3 working days, depending on the bank.

* Detailed return steps

The package you are returning in case of return & exchange:

1. Must be closed and in good condition
2. You do NOT deliver it to a courier store
3. You deliver it ONLY to our courier-partner who will come to the place you have designated and receive the package with the new product you have requested

NOTES:

1. You can change or return any product you bought from our online store www.thiros-bags.gr.

2. For each subsequent change in the same order, there is an automatic shipping charge (€5.00 / shipment).

3. In case of exchange-return of products from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the cost of transport shall be borne by the customer.

4. Discount coupons do not apply to changes, while the products you selected for change/order are received at the listed purchase price of the e-shop at the time of completion of the change/order.
